Understanding Visual Editing tools
This guide will help you understand the visual editing tools available to you. Once you decide to edit your page, you will be prompted to do so within a white box like the one below. The tools above the box will help you edit your page without changing the html code. See the guide below to understand each tool:
Insert all content into the white box. Use this icon to make your font bold.
Use this icon to make your font italic.
Use this icon to insert a subscript, i.e. subscript
Use this icon to insert an exponent, i.e. x3
Use this icon to Left justify your text.
Use this icon to Center your text.
Use this icon to Right justify your text.
Use this icon to create a numbered list.
Use this icon to create a bulleted list.
Definition list
Use this icon to outdent left.
Use this icon to indent right.
Use this image to insert a picture. Select the folder that your image is saved in to view available images. Select your image and click OK.
Use this icon to insert a link to a page within this site. Select the desired folder until you find the page you are looking for. Select the file and click OK.
Use this icon to insert a link to an external site. Insert the url into the box and click OK.
Use this icon to insert a table. Insert the desired number of rows and collumns and click OK.
Use this icon to undo your last action.
Use this icon to redo an undone action.
Use this icon to edit the html source.
