To Post to the Forum:

• log in
• Choose the Forum you wish to post to
• From the drop-down menu "add new item" select News Item.

• Fill in the required information and your post.
  

NOTE: only change the state from visible to publish if you want the post to appear in the News box on the right side of the web site. Visible items will appear only in the forum itself (we recomend keeping your post visible, not published).

To Comment on a Post:

• click on the comment button on the bottom of the page to respond to a post.
